+ CLASSES

Sadie structures her classes in 4 week intervals. The sequences prepared are often playful and consistently strong. She begins with grounding yogis in the space before building heat in the body through breath and movement. Classes wrap up with an integration of mind and body with regular instruction in pranayama and meditation.

The monthly offering is an extension of the weekly class. Sequences dive a little deeper into movement and end a little slower with more exploration of breath practice and guided meditations.
