I became a certified 200HR RYT with YogaWorks in October, 2021. Shortly thereafter, I started teaching modern vinyasa classes. Recently I completed another 200HR teacher training with Breathe & Flow Yoga Academy. I currently teach with the Touchstone Climbing gyms in Northern California (Pacific Pipe & Berkeley Ironworks) and Left Coast Power Yoga.

Upon graduating college I immediately began teaching public education students. I started my time student teaching in kindergarten. Then I spent most of my years with third graders. I ended my public education years teaching sixth graders.

Education was my path and I recognized that inevitability early on while pursuing my undergraduate degree in Integrative Studies. I met with college counselors and took the prerequisite courses to graduate a semester early so that I could immediately start in a graduate program. I earned my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and used the knowledge gained alongside my cohort to run my first classroom of third graders in the Advanced Academic Program at a Title I school.
